Where do I go from here to inquire about your services?

Just simply call us or use the Customer Inquiry Form located under the Contact Us page and fills it out. Under normal circumstances, customers will be contacted within the same day.

What is the consulting process?

Customers provide us with the description of the project and we provide them an estimated quote for the services and the approximate date of delivery. Most of the time, the clients will be required to deposit a retainer as a commitment to the project. For small project, a full advanced payment is required. Upon accepting the terms from both parties, we will start to work on the project. When the project is completed and accepted, customers will be billed on any outstanding balance.

What is the cost of your consulting services?

We have a standard hourly rate, but depending on the nature of the project, it may vary. Customers will need to contact us and provide their project description to receive an estimated quote.

What kind of payment methods is available?

We accept domestic (U.S.) checks and credit cards. Credit card payments are handled by Paypal. Customers do not need to register with Paypal in order to pay with their credit cards. Click here for more detail.

In order to meet with our customers’ expectation of their project, we can arrange checkpoints throughout the project development to ensure that the project is on the right track.

Unfortunately, we do not provide on site services. We do every project remotely so that we can allocate our resources more effectively when managing multiple projects at the same time. This helps us to offer a competitive rate for our Excel consulting services.
